Frequently asked questions relating to shipping times, products, processing times, and more.

Shipping Times?

We primarily use Canada Post to ship all of our items. You should receive your keycaps in less than 2 weeks from the date that they have been shipped. Sometimes although your package may be delayed for whatever reason that is out of our control.

Canada: We ship to Canada using regular untracked letter mail through Canada Post. You should receive your item in less than 2

USA: We ship using USA Air Untracked to make it as affordable while keeping delivery times relatively fast.

Processing Times?

Our processing times on our keys are 1-6 days. Lots of our keys are made to order so we need time to make, prepare, package, and ship your items out!

Returns/Refunds

We do take returns, but only for specific reasons. If your item has been damaged or if your item has been mixed up, etc, then we will be able to offer you a refund or return on your item. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, then please contact us so we can discuss the issue. We usually do not accept returns on item solely on satisfaction. All of our keycaps are photographed and not edited to appear any different than they would look in person.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

Yes! We love taking custom commissions and working through the process of making your ideal keycap or keycaps. commissions come at an extra price so send us a message at kaydenskeycaps on Instagram or email us at kaydenskeycaps@gmail.com to talk more in depth.
