Shipping policy

All of our keys ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We typically have to hand make the items before they shipped out and this can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on how busy the shop is.

Canada: Orders within Canada are shipped through Canada post within an untracked bubble envelope and will take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive.

US: Orders within the US are shipped and tracked with Chit Chats. Item will take 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped

International: orders take around 1-2 weeks to arrive.

These are all estimated shipping times and are subject to change due to many factors that are out of our control.
